V itamin E is critical for proper brain and nerve function, and supplements of it have been found to have beneficial effects against such brain and nervous system disorders as Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, and tardive dyskinesia. This chapter will cover the important roles of vitamin E in brain and nerve health and how vitamin E is believed to protect against these devastating diseases.
Vitamin E Is Important for Brain Health
The brain contains large amounts of polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs), the types of fats most prone to free radical damage. When the fatty acids in one brain cell become damaged, they can trigger a chain reaction in which many fatty acids throughout the brain become damaged.
Vitamin E, though, can halt this wildfire reaction before it begins: it’s the most important fat-soluble antioxidant to shield fatty tissues, like those in the brain, from damage. Taking supplemental vitamin E, therefore, helps promote optimal brain health and should lower the risk of Alzheimer’s and other degenerative diseases associated with free radical damage.

and what to do when the services return.
The first, and certainly the most popular, framework for Flex
applications is called Cairngorm. Cairngorm was created by Steven

Cairngorm is now an open source product distributed by Adobe Labs
Lets get this bit out of the way too, because a lot of people
hear the name and reply with a quizzical look: Cairngorm is a funny
name, yes. Its named after a mountain in the Nevis mountain range in
Scotland. iteration::two was using Scotland mountain ranges as code
names for internal libraries, and Cairngorm stuck after it went
